- Customized flooring patterns or parquet designs
- Services already delivered or partially delivered
- Site measurement, consultation, or installation charges once provided
- Clearance, sale, or discounted items (if stated at purchase)
Return Conditions
- Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Must be unused and in original packaging
- Must not be damaged due to customer handling or installation
- Must include valid proof of purchase
- WoodenFlooringDubai.ae reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refund Process
- Once your refund request is approved:
- Product or service inspection will be completed
- Approval confirmation will be sent to the customer
- Refunds will be processed within 30–60 business days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on banks or payment providers.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled if:
- Flooring materials have not been cut or customized
- Installation work has not started
- Materials have not been procured
- Once cutting, customization, or installation begins, cancellations may not be possible or may be subject to cancellation charges.
Installation & Service Refunds
- For installation-based services:
- Refunds apply only if installation has not started
- Partial refunds may apply for partially completed services
- Measurement, site visit, and consultation fees are non-refundable once delivered
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to:
- Product availability
- Condition of returned items
- Inspection approval
